摘  要:某煤场封闭采用双层三心柱面钢结构网壳,跨度大,结构复杂,焊接量大。通过BIM技术的模拟施工对比分析,采用高空分块起吊拼装法施工,较传统的满堂脚手架施工法,避免了大量的脚手架搭设、加快了施工进度、降低了施工成本;较整体吊装法,降低了对场地的要求和安全的风险。A coal field is enclosed by double-layer three-core cylindrical steel structure mesh shell with large span,complex structure and large welding capacity.Through the comparative analysis of the simulation construction by BIM technology,the high-altitude block lifting and assembling method is adopted to construct the scaffolding,which avoids a large number of scaffolding erection,accelerates the construction schedule and reduces the construction cost,and decreases the site requirements and safety risks compared with the traditional hoisting method.
