糖尿病门诊糖耐量采血患者护理需求分析及应对策略

摘　　要：目的研究糖尿病门诊糖耐量采血患者的护理对策。方法2017—2018年选100例到门诊进行糖耐量采血的糖尿病患者进行实验,实验中采取调查表调查实验结果。结果90.00%的糖尿病患者可以遵守糖耐量采血时的空腹及时间要求,有74.00%患者希望可以了解到糖耐量采血的相关知识,有50.00%糖尿病患者在采血时会有所顾忌,48.00%例的糖尿病患者在采血过程中会出现紧张、焦虑的情绪。结论在糖尿病患者糖耐量采血过程中,对患者进行相应的护理和健康宣教可以明显改善患者的情况,同时还应该增强护理人员的专业技术,保证检测结果更加准确。Objective To study the nursing strategies of patients with diabetes mellitus in patients with diabetes mellitus.Methods 100 patients with diabetes mellitus who underwent glucose tolerance in the outpatient clinic from 2017 to 2018 were selected for experiment.The experiment was used to investigate the experimental results.Results 90.00%of patients with diabetes can follow the fasting and time requirements of glucose tolerance.74.00%of patients hope to know about glucose tolerance.50.00%of diabetic patients will have scruples when collecting blood,48.00%of people with diabetes will have nervous and anxious emotions during blood collection.Conclusion In the process of glucose tolerance in diabetic patients,the corresponding nursing and health education can significantly improve the patient’s condition.At the same time,the professional skills of the nursing staff should be enhanced to ensure more accurate detection results.
