摘　　要：文章概述了现代木结构建筑正处于发展阶段的现状,结合寒地气候环境特点,从适用范围、技术、经济、形式四个方面分析了寒地现代木结构目前亟待解决的问题,针对问题提出了加大推广木结构建筑的应用、把握关键技术研究、木材国产化降低成本、材料间结合四个推动寒地现代木结构建筑发展的相应对策,并对其未来发展趋势进行了展望。Outlines the present situation of the modern timberwork building is in a stage of development, combining with the characteristics of cold climate environment, from the scope of application, technology, economy, form four aspects analyzes the cold to the modern wood structure at present, the problems to be settled urgently in view of the problem put forward to increase promotion application of wood construction, grasp the key technology research, wood localization to reduce costs, the combination between material performance four corresponding countermeasures to promote the development of cold to modern timberwork building, and the future development trend is prospected.
