摘　　要：首先对电梯应急处置公共服务平台的必要性进行分析,然后提出平台的技术架构,进而对平台的功能架构进行描述,最后介绍平台的开发和部署。Firstly, the necessity of elevator emergency disposal public service platform is analyzed, then the technical framework of the platform is proposed, and then the functional framework of the platform is described. Finally, the development and deployment of the platform are introduced.
