延续护理在胃癌根治术后患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨基于微信平台的延续护理在胃癌根治术后患者中的效果。方法选取2017年6月至2017年12月福建省肿瘤医院行胃癌根治术患者108例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各54例。对照组予以常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上予以延续护理,比较两组术后第6个月后的生活质量、化疗依从性、复查依从性。结果观察组术后第6个月的生活质量高于对照组,观察组化疗依从性、复查依从性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于微信平台的延续护理可有效提高胃癌术后患者生活质量、遵医行为。Objective To explore the effects of continuing nursing based on WeChat platform in patients after radical surgery for gastric cancer.Methods 108 patients after radical surgery for gastric cancer from June 2017 to December 2017 in Fujian Tumor Hospital were selected.All patients were divided into observasion group and control group,with 54 cases in each group.The control group were given routine nursing.The control group were given continuing nursing basing on routine nursing.The life quality at the time of re-examination 6 months after the surgery,chemotherapy compliance and reexamination compliance between them were compared.Results The life quality at the time of re-examination 6 months after the surgery in observasion group was higher than the control group.The chemotherapy compliance and reexamination compliance after surgery in observasion group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The continuing nursing based on WeChat platform can improve effectively life quality of postoperative gastric cancer patients and enhance the actions of observing doctor.
