摘　　要：目的研究可溶性生长刺激表达因子2蛋白和半乳糖凝集素-3两项指标水平与急性心肌梗死在经皮冠状动脉介入术治疗后发生心血管事件之间的关系。方法选择在本院接受经皮冠状动脉介入术治疗后出现心血管事件和未出现心血管事件的急性心肌梗死疾病患者各55例,再抽取同期进行健康体检的健康同年龄段人群资料55例,分别将其定义为研究1组、研究2组、对照组。采用酶联免疫吸附法对3组研究对象的可溶性生长刺激表达因子2蛋白和半乳糖凝集素-3两项指标水平进行测定。对比检测结果和检测结果阳性率水平。结果研究1组研究对象可溶性生长刺激表达因子2蛋白和半乳糖凝集素-3两项指标水平均高于研究2组和对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究2组高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究1组研究对象可溶性生长刺激表达因子2蛋白和半乳糖凝集素-3两项指标水平检测结果阳性例数多于研究2组和对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究2组多于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在经皮冠状动脉介入术治疗后发生心血管事件的急性心肌梗死患者的可溶性生长刺激表达因子2蛋白和半乳糖凝集素-3两项指标水平,明显高于术后未发生心血管事件者和健康人群,临床上可以将这一特征作为对心肌梗死患者介入术后发生心血管事件的可能性进行评估,和对治疗效果进行评价的重要依据。Objective To study the relationship between the levels of soluble growth stimulating factor-2 protein and galactose lectin-3 and cardiovascular events after percutaneous coronary intervention in acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods 55 patients with acute myocardial infarction after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)and 55 patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI)who had cardiovascular events and no cardiovascular events after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)in our hospital were selected.55 healthy people of the same age group were selected and defined as study group 1,study group 2 and control group.The levels of soluble growth stimulating factor-2 protein and galactose lectin-3 were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(Elisa).The positive rate of the test results was compared with that of the test results.Results The levels of soluble growth stimulating factor-2 protein and galactose lectin-3 in group 1 were significantly higher than those in group 2 and control group(P<0.05).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive rates of soluble growth stimulating factor-2 protein and galactose lectin-3 in group 1 were significantly higher than those in group 2 and control group(P<0.05).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The levels of soluble growth stimulating factor-2 protein and galactose lectin-3 in patients with acute myocardial infarction after percutaneous coronary intervention are significantly higher than those in patients with acute myocardial infarction after percutaneous coronary intervention.This feature can be used to evaluate the possibility of cardiovascular events in patients with myocardial infarction after intervention and to evaluate the efficacy of treatment.
