不同途径给予氨溴索针剂辅助治疗小儿肺炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的对小儿肺炎不同给药方式应用氨溴索针剂辅助治疗的临床效果进行探析。方法将2017年2月至2018年2月本院儿科接治的150例肺炎患儿纳入观察中,采用数字表法随机分成Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组,各50例;3组均给予常规对症治疗,同时Ⅰ组辅用雾化吸入氨溴索针剂,Ⅱ组静脉滴注氨溴索针剂,Ⅲ组联合雾化吸入和静脉滴注氨溴索针剂,对比分析3组临床疗效。结果Ⅲ组患儿的咳嗽消失时间、退热时间、啰音消失时间及住院时间均显著短于Ⅰ、Ⅱ组(P<0.05),Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组间差异无统计学意义;Ⅲ组治疗总有效率为100.00%,高于I组、Ⅱ组的90.00%、92.00%,差异有统计意义(P<0.05),但Ⅰ、Ⅱ组间差异无统计学意义;3组用药过程中均未出现严重不良反应。结论在小儿肺炎治疗中联合雾化吸入与静脉注射氨溴索针剂,可有效改善症状,提升疗效,整体优于单一使用,且安全性良好。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of adjuvant treatment with ambroxol in different modes of administration of pediatric pneumonia.Methods A total of 150 children with pneumonia admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to February 2018 were enrolled in the study.They were randomly divided into group I,group II and group III,with 50 cases in each group.Symptomatic treatment,group I with aerosol inhalation of ambroxol injection,group II intravenous infusion of ambroxol injection,group III combined with inhalation and intravenous infusion of ambroxol injection,comparative analysis of the clinical efficacy of the three groups.Results The disappearance time,fever time,disappearance time and hospitalization time of group III were significantly shorter than those of group I and II(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between group I and group II.Group III treatment The total effective rate was 100.00%,which was higher than 90.00%and 92.00%of group I and group II.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),but the difference between group I and group II was not statistically significant.Serious adverse reactions have occurred.Conclusion In the treatment of pediatric pneumonia combined with nebulized inhalation and intravenous injection of ambroxol injection,can effectively improve symptoms and improve efficacy,overall better than single use,and good safety.
