摘　　要：目的探讨5,10-亚甲基四氢叶酸还原酶(MTHFR)基因677位点多态性在遂宁市汉族育龄妇女中的分布情况,指导育龄女性合理补充叶酸,避免因叶酸代谢障碍导致叶酸补充不足,从而避免引起早产、自发性流产及各种新生儿出生缺陷。方法采用Taqman-MGB探针技术检测2017年1月至2018年2月在该院进行孕前检查的2151例育龄妇女外周血中MTHFRC677T的基因型分布。结果该研究人群MTHFRC677T位点基因的CC、CT、TT基因型频率分别为43.1%、45.0%、11.9%,突变基因T的基因频率为34.4%。结论遂宁市汉族育龄妇女MTHFR基因677位点多态性与其他地区有较大不同。Objective To investigate the distribution of 5,10-methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase(MTHFR)C677T loci in Suining Han women of childbearing age,and guide women of childbearing age to supplement folic acid properly,to avoid folic acid supplementation deficiency due to folic acid metabolic disorder and thus to avoid premature,spontaneous abortion and various birth defects.Methods Taqman-MGB probe technique was used to detect the genotype distribution of MTHFR C677T in the peripheral blood of 2 151 women of childbearing age who underwent pre-pregnancy examination in the hospital from January 2017 to February 2018.Results The genotype frequency of CC,CT and TT genotypes of MTHFR C677T loci was 43.1%,45.0%and 11.9%,respectively,and the frequency of mutant gene T was 34.4%.Conclusion The polymorphism of MTHFR C677T is significant difference from that of other regions in Suining.
