摘 要:目的了解护士长作为基层管理者对临床护理管理工作中现存的问题的看法,为进一步改进临床护理管理提供依据。方法采用半结构式的个人深入访谈法对滨州市某三级甲等医院16名护士长进行访谈,通过现场录音收集其对护理管理工作现状的看法,并以内容分析法对资料进行归纳整理。结果通过对访谈资料的深度分析,对于护理管理中存在的问题凝练出5个主题,分别是护理人力资源配置应综合考虑;护理队伍年轻化,经验缺乏;科室护理人员外出参观及进修学习的机会相对较少;年轻护士培训内容不够全面;科室护理人员科研意识淡薄。结论临床护理管理工作存在一些问题,需要积极采取措施,缓解护士长的工作压力,改善临床护理管理工作的现状,提高临床护理服务质量,促进护理事业的发展。Objective To describe the situation questions of head nurses in clinical nursing management,so as to provide basis for further improving the clinical nursing management.Methods A semi-structured in-depth interview was conducted among 16 head nurses in a 3A-level general hospital of Binzhou.Analyze the data by Giorgi phenomenological analysis approach.Results Five themes were extracted,including nursing human resources allocation should be considered;nursing team is relatively young,lack of experience;the opportunities of nurses to go out to visit and learning are relatively small;the training content of young nurses is not comprehensive enough;nursing staff of scientific research consciousness is weak.Conclusion There are some problems in clinical nursing management.It's needed to take active measures to alleviate the head nurses work pressure,improve the status of clinical nursing management and the quality of clinical care services,and promote the development of nursing career.
