摘　　要：目的探讨以护理程序为框架的健康教育在门诊慢性胃炎患儿中的应用效果。方法选取2017年7月~2018年1月重庆医科大学附属儿童医院专家门诊收治的136例慢性胃炎患儿为研究对象,按随机抽签法将其分为对照组和研究组,每组各68例;对照组实施传统健康教育模式,研究组实施以护理程序为框架的健康教育,即护士通过收集并评估患儿及家长资料,提出护理诊断,制订并实施健康教育计划,评价预期目标。比较两组患儿治疗有效率、依从性和护理服务的满意度。结果研究组的治疗有效率、依从性和护理满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施以护理程序为框架的健康教育,能促进慢性胃炎患儿及家属对疾病相关知识的掌握,帮助患儿建立良好的生活方式,提高治疗有效率、患儿及家属的依从性和护理服务满意度。Objective To explore the effect of health education based on nursing procedure in outpatients with chronic gastritis.Method 136 children with chronic gastritis were randomly divided into control group and study group,with 68 cases in each group.The control group received traditional health education mode,and the study group implemented health education based on nursing procedure.Which nurse collect and evaluate date of children and parents,propose nursing diagnosis,develop and implement health education,and evaluate expected goals.Analysis of the two groups the treatment of children's efficiency,compliance and satisfaction with nursing services.Results The treatment efficiency,compliance and nursing satisfaction of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and there were differences compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of health education based on nursing procedure can improve the efficiency of treatment,the compliance of children and their parents,and the satisfaction of nursing service.
