摘  要:功率因数校正(PFC)变换器的输出侧并联有源储能单元,可有效抑制PFC变换器输出侧的二次纹波。以采用Buck型有源储能单元的三相交错并联Boost PFC变换器为研究对象,对其控制策略进行研究。首先,为弥补传统Boost PFC双闭环控制中电流参考畸变与电压外环动态响应差的不足,提出基于生成正弦基准的Boost PFC双前馈控制策略,改善了负载和输入电压瞬变条件下输出电压的稳定性,并加快了切相速度。进而,提出一种有源储能单元的自适应控制策略,该方法在满足电压纹波要求的前提下,考虑负载、输入电压频率与PFC输出电容对有源储能单元电流参考的影响,以达到有源储能单元控制简化和效率优化的目的。最后,基于一台1.3kW原理样机的实验结果验证了所提控制策略的有效性。The ouput of power factor correction(PFC)converter with active storage unit(ASU)is an excellent method to reduce the output voltage ripple.The control strategy of three-phase Boost PFC converter with Buck-type ASU is studied in this paper.Firstly,this paper proposes a dual feedforward control strategy with generated sinusoidal reference for Boost PFC to make up for the shortcomings of the current reference distortion and the poor dynamic response in the traditional double closed-loop control of Boot PFC.As a result,the output stability is improved and the phase-shedding speed is accelerated under input or output transient.Additionally,an adaptive control of ASU is proposed,in which the current reference changes adaptively according to load,line frequency and output capacitor.The aims of simpilified control and efficiency optimization are achieved in ASU.Finally,the proposed control strategy is verified by experimental results of an 1.3 kW prototype.
