摘 要:针对模块化多电平变流器(MMC)子模块电压分组检测引起的过电压问题,对子模块过电压防护策略进行研究。首先,指出子模块电压不能实时直接测量是过电压出现的原因;接着,研究负载接入运行前对子模块电压进行预检测的必要性;然后,提出负载接入运行过程中的子模块过电压检测及预防策略,最后,在Matlab/Simulink环境下搭建31电平单相MMC仿真模型进行仿真验证并在九电平单相实验平台上进行实验验证。仿真和实验结果表明,本文提出的过电压防护策略在电容参数一致和存在参数偏移时均能取得良好的过电压防护效果,具有很强的参数适应性。For the over-voltage problem in sub-module of modular multilevel converter(MMC)with reduced sensors,this paper proposes a sub-module over-voltage protection strategy.First of all,it is pointed out that the sub-module voltage not being directly measured in real-time is the cause of over-voltage.Then,the necessity of pre-detection of sub-module voltage before load access operation is studied.The sub-module over-voltage detection and prevention strategy during load access operation are proposed.Finally,case studies are performed on a 31-level single-phase MMC in Matlab/Simulink.Meanwhile,a 9-level single-phase MMC laboratory prototype is built to verify the effectiveness of this strategy.The simulation and experimental results show that the over-voltage protection strategy proposed in this paper can achieve good overvoltage protection effect when the capacitance parameters are consistent and deviated,and has strong parameter adaptability.
