临床医学检验中血液细胞检验的质量控制方法探究

摘　　要：目的分析临床医学检验工作中影响血液细胞检验质量的因素,同时对质量控制方法进行总结。方法选取2018年3月-2018年12月来漯河医学高等专科学校第三附属医院就诊的83例符合研究条件的血液细胞检验受检者,所选受检者血型均相同,同时均接受正规血液细胞检验,对血液细胞检验情况进行分析,分析各个流程(包括血液标本采集、抗凝处理及储存)可能对检验结果所产生的影响。结果1:5000和1:10000血液稀释比例的血液标本,在白细胞(WBC)、红细胞(RBC)、血红蛋白(HGB)、血小板(PLT)对比上存在显著差异(P<0.05);在相同室温下,放置时间0.5h、3h、6h,白细胞(WBC)、红细胞(RBC)、血红蛋白(HGB)、血小板(PLT)含量存在显著差异(P<0.05);低温条件下,血液标本放置0.5h、3h,检验结果存在较大差异(P<0.05)。结论血液细胞检验质量的影响因素比较多,稀释比例、标本放置时间、放置温度等均会对检验结果产生较大影响。基于此,应在开展血液细胞检验时严格对每个环节进行严格把关,采取必要措施,最大程度保证检验结果正确性。Objective To analyze the factors that affect the quality of blood cell examination in clinical medical examination and summarize the quality control methods. Methods From March 2018 to December 2018, 83 blood cell test subjects who met the research conditions were selected from the Third Affiliated Hospital of Luohe Medical College. All the selected subjects were of the same blood type and accepted normal blood cell test. The blood cell test situation was analyzed, and the possible influence of each process (including blood sample collection, anticoagulant treatment and storage) on the test results was analyzed. Results There were significant differences in WBC, RBC, HGB and PLT between blood samples diluted at 1: 5 000 and 1:10 000 (P < 0.05). At the same room temperature, the contents of white blood cells (WBC), red blood cells (RBC), hemoglobin (HGB) and platelets (PLT) were significantly different (P < 0.05) when the storage time was 0.5h, 3h and 6h. Under the condition of low temperature, the blood samples were placed for 0.5h and 3h, and the test results showed great difference (P < 0.05). Conclusion There are many influencing factors on the quality of blood cell examination. Dilution ratio, specimen placing time, placing temperature, etc. will have great influence on the examination results. Based on this, every link should be strictly checked and necessary measures should be taken to ensure the correctness of the test results to the greatest extent.
