儿科门诊手足口病交叉感染的预防及对策

摘　　要：目的分析儿科门诊手足口病(HFMD)交叉感染的预防及其对策。方法选择江苏省盐城市射阳县人民医院2013年1月-2018年12月儿科门诊收治的46例HFMD患儿进行研究,采取家属健康教育、医护人员强化培训教育、规范诊疗服务流程、开展有效的消毒隔离措施等综合措施预防处理,均进行1个月以上随访,记录随访1个月交叉感染发生率,同时调查预防前、后家属对疾病知识掌握情况,予以比较分析。结果本组46例手足口病患儿随访1个月时发生2例交叉感染,发生率为4.35%;预防后家属对疾病相关知识掌握率均显著高于预防前(P<0.05)。结论针对儿科门诊HFMD患儿采取综合措施预防处理,一方面可以提高家属对疾病知识掌握程度,另一方面可以控制交叉感染发生,值得在儿科门诊应用。Objective To analyze the prevention and countermeasures of cross infection of hand-foot-mouth disease (HFMD) in pediatric outpatient department. Methods From January 2013 to December 2018, 46 children with HFMD admitted to the pediatric outpatient department of our hospital were selected for study. Comprehensive measures such as family health education, intensive training and education for medical staffs, standardized diagnosis and treatment service process, and effective disinfection and isolation measures were adopted for prevention and treatment. All patients were followed up for more than one month, and the incidence rate of cross infection was recorded during the follow-up for one month. At the same time, the knowledge of disease of family members before and after prevention was compared. Results In this group, 46 children with hand-foot-mouth disease were followed up for 1 month and 2 cases of cross infection occurred, with an incidence rate of 4.35%. The mastery rate of disease-related knowledge of family members after prevention was significantly higher than that before prevention (P < 0.05). Conclusion Taking comprehensive measures to prevent and treat HFMD children in paediatric outpatient department can improve their families' knowledge of diseases on the one hand, and control the occurrence of cross infection on the other hand, which is worthy of application in paediatric outpatient department.
