摘　　要：目的分析未破裂输卵管妊娠应用阴道彩超诊断的临床价值。方法选择2017年2月-2018年12月漯河市中医院收治的70例未破裂输卵管妊娠患者进行研究,纳入对象均接受阴道彩超检查,根据结果分为胚胎型、孕囊型、包块型,比较三种彩超诊断类型在血清β-HCG、P水平、RI值上的差异,将术后结果作为标准,总结阴道彩超诊断符合率。结果本次研究所有患者均经术后证实,阴道彩超诊断符合66例,符合率高达94.29%,与术后结果相当(P>0.05);胚胎型血清β-HCG与P水平显著高于孕囊型、包块型,而RI值则显著低于孕囊型、包块型,组间差异显著(P<0.05)。结论阴道彩超检查未破裂输卵管妊娠有不错的诊断价值,诊断符合率高,而且可根据彩超检查血清β-HCG与P水平及RI值来鉴别诊断具体的类型,尤其是胚胎型,血清β-HCG值、P水平均最高,而RI值最低,值得重视。Objective To analyze the clinical value of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of unruptured tubal pregnancy. Methods 70 patients with unruptured tubal pregnancy admitted to Luohe Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2017 to December 2018 were selected for study. All the patients were examined by transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound. According to the results, they were divided into embryo type, gestational sac type and mass type. The differences of serum β-HCG, P level and RI value among the three types of color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis were compared. The postoperative results were taken as the standard to summarize the diagnostic coincidence rate of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound. Results All patients in this study were confirmed after operation. The diagnosis of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound was in accordance with 66 cases, with a coincidence rate of 94.29%, which was equivalent to the postoperative results (P > 0.05). The levels of β-HCG and P in embryonic serum were significantly higher than those in gestational sac type and mass type, while RI values were significantly lower than those in gestational sac type and mass type, with significant difference between groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion Transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound examination of unruptured tubal pregnancy has good diagnostic value and high diagnostic coincidence rate, and specific types of diagnosis can be differentiated according to serum β-HCG, P level and RI value examined by color Doppler ultrasound, especially embryonic type. Serum β-HCG and P level are the highest, while RI value is the lowest, which deserves attention.
