我国体育旅游休闲产业发展困境与优化路径

摘　　要：运用文献资料、逻辑分析等研究方法,对我国体育旅游休闲产业进行研究。我国体育旅游休闲产业虽然起步晚,但是发展空间大,有着良好的发展机遇:国家政策大力扶持、产业消费转型诉求、体旅跨界融合趋势。目前面临的发展困境主要表现为政策制度不完善,公共服务不健全;资源配置不合理,产品同质化严重;跨界融合不充分,专业型人才匮乏。建议:建立健全政策制度,优化公共服务体系;合理配置有效资源,引导创新产品内容;强化产业跨界融合,重视复合人才培养。Using literature reviews,logic analysis and other research methods to study the sports tourism and leisure industry in China.Although Chinese sports tourism and leisure industry started late,it has a large space for development and has great development opportunities,including the strong support from the national policies,the demand for industrial consumption transformation,the trend of cross-border integration.The current development dilemmas are mainly manifested as follows:the policy systems are imperfect and public services are far from perfect,resource allocation is unreasonable and heavy product homogeneity,cross-border integration is inadequate and professional talents are deficient.Suggestions can be listed as follows:Establish and improve policy systems and optimize the public service system,well setting on effective resources to guide and innovate the content of the product,strengthen cross-border integration of industries and pay attention to cultivating compound talents.
