摘　　要：近年来导管消融和左心耳封堵术逐渐被推广并应用于心房颤动的临床管理,成为重要的非药物治疗手段。导管消融联合左心耳封堵可“一站式”完成心房颤动的症状管理及卒中预防,是当前心房颤动介入治疗的热门话题。然而,目前有关这一联合术式的研究报道仍相对较少,其长期疗效及安全性需进一步研究。In recent years, catheter ablation and left atrial appendage occlusion have been gradually promoted and applied to the clinical management of atrial fibrillation, becoming an important non-pharmacological treatment. Catheter ablation combined with left atrial appendage occlusion can contribute to better symptom management and avoid stroke simultaneously, which is a hot topic in the interventional treatment of atrial fibrillation. However, there are relatively few reports on this combined procedure. The long-term efficacy and safety of the combined procedure should be further studied.
