摘 要:拉伸试验表明:高温钎焊的卷焊管的拉伸应力-应变图会出现不同程度的屈服点延伸,双层卷焊管表面褶皱的产生与其盘管时屈服点延伸密切相关。用罩式炉退火的钢带制造、盘管变形率为0.5%~1.0%的卷焊管屈服点延伸消失,表面质量良好;而用连续式炉退火的钢带制造的卷焊管盘管时的屈服点延伸从5.3%减小到了1.8%,但盘管时,仍由于钢管表面不连续屈服而产生褶皱。现场试验发现,钎焊温度对卷焊管表面褶皱的产生有显著的影响,适当提高钎焊温度有利于减小卷焊管盘绕时的屈服点延伸,从而减少其表面褶皱。From tensile test it was seen that yield point elongation to some extent would appear in the tensile stress-strain diagram of high-temperature brazed tube. Formation of wrinkles on the double wall brazed tube surface was revealed closely to the yield point elongation developing upon coiling. The brazed tube made of steel strip annealed in a bell-type furnace did not exhibit yield point elongation during being coiled to deformation rates of 0.5% to 1.0%, having good surface quality. The brazed tube made of steel strip annealed in a continuous-type furnace exhibited decrease in yield point elongation from 5.3% to 1.8%, however, the wrinkles formed still upon coiling due to discontinuous yielding of the tube surface. It was found from field test that brazing temperature has evident influence on formation of the wrinkle on the brazed tube, and that a suitable increase in brazing temperature favours decrease in yield point elongation of the brazed tube upon coiling, therefore in wrinkle on its surface.
