摘 要:对南水北调东线二期黄河以北输水可能产生的水质风险进行了分析,对输水干线主要节点不同输水规模下的COD、NH3-N和TP浓度进行了预测,经计算两种情景下各指标均达到Ⅲ类水目标。预测了南运河排污口不封堵和四女寺闸坝出现问题对水质的影响,分析了调水对缓解白洋淀湖库富营养化的积极作用,从排放口截污改排、突发水质污染及洪水风险防范、白洋淀综合整治方面提出了应对措施。In this study,the possible water quality risks of the second phase of the East Route of South-to-North Water Transfer Project to the north of the Yellow River are analyzed.The concentrations of COD,NH3-N and TP under different water delivery scales at the main nodes of the main water transmission lines are predicted.The indexes of the two scenarios are calculated to reach the water target of Class III.The effects of non-blocking of the sewage outlet of the South Canal and problems of the Sinyusi sluice dam on water quality are predicted.The positive effects of water diversion on alleviating eutrophication of the Baiyangdian Lake are analyzed.The countermeasures are put forward in the aspects of sewage interception and discharge at discharge outlet,sudden water pollution and flood risk prevention,and comprehensive regulation of Baiyangdian Lake.
