摘  要:现在各类先进发动机技术正在不断涌现,其中在润滑系统新技术中可变排量的机油泵的应用也越来越广泛,在发动机降低油耗手段中得到越来越广泛的应用。结合某发动机用的连续可变排量机油泵,对其工作原理进行详细阐述,通过系统分析制定了一套变排量叶片式机油泵的控制方案并进行了实验验证。Nowadays, various advanced engine technologies are emerging. Among them, variable displacement oil pump is more and more widely used in the new lubrication system technology, and it is more and more widely used in the means of reducing engine fuel consumption. In this paper, the working principle of a continuously variable displacement oil pump for an engine is elaborated in detail. A control scheme of variable displacement vane oil pump is formulated through systematic analysis, and the experimental scheme is verified.
