摘 要:利用循环伏安法制备了聚L-甲硫氨酸/石墨烯修饰电极(PLM/GO/GCE),探究了碘离子在修饰电极上的电化学性质,该电极对碘离子有良好的催化性能。在pH4.0的磷酸盐缓冲溶液(PBS)中,对碘离子进行测定的线性范围为2.50×10-6~2.50×10-3mol/L,检出限为8.0×10-7mol/L。该修饰电极具有良好的稳定性和选择性,用于样品中碘离子的测定,结果满意。Poly (L-methionine)/graphene modified electrode (PLM/GO/GCE) was prepared by cyclic voltammetry. The electrochemical properties of iodine ions on this modified electrode was studied. The electrode has a good catalytic activity of iodide. In phosphate buffer solution at pH4.0, the linear range of determination of iodide ion was 2.50×10-6~2.50×10-3 mol/L. The detection limit was 8.0×10-7 mol/L. The modified electrode has good stability and selectivity for the determination of iodide. The method has been applied to the determination of iodide in the sample with satisfactory results.
