摘 要:利用激光粒径分析仪和气相色谱-质谱联用仪对乳液聚合丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(ABS)废水中悬浮物(SS)颗粒粒径和污染物组成进行了分析,在缺氧段溶解氧(DO)质量浓度小于0.1mg/L、水力停留时间(HRT)为240min,好氧段DO质量浓度大于2mg/L、HRT为300min的条件下,采用缺氧/好氧(A/O)生物膜法对废水中的特征污染物进行了生物降解研究。结果表明:废水中SS颗粒粒径偏大,宜采用混凝气浮法进行预处理;废水中的特征污染物为腈类有机物和芳香族化合物;经A/O工艺生化处理后,废水中化学需氧量(COD)质量浓度小于10mg/L,氨氮质量浓度小于5mg/L,腈类有机物在反硝化过程中可以被降解生成氨氮,芳香族化合物在反硝化过程中降解量较少,但在好氧条件下可以得到快速降解。The particle size and pollutants composition of suspended solids (SS) in emulsion polymerized acrylonitrile butadiene styrene copolymer (ABS) wastewater were analyzed by the laser particle size analyzer and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry, and under the conditions of the mass concentration of dissolved oxygen (DO) less than 0.1 mg/L and the hydraulic retention time (HRT)240 min in the anoxic section, the mass concentration of DO more than2 mg/L and HRT 300 min in the aerobic phase,the anoxic/aerobic(A/O) biofilm method was used to study the biodegradation of characteristic pollutants in wastewater.The results showed that due to the larger particle size of suspended matter in wastewater,it was feasible to be pretreated by the coagulation-air flotation method.The characteristic pollutants in wastewater were nitrile organic compounds and aromatic compounds. After the biochemical treatment of A/O process, the mass concentration of chemical oxygen demand (COD) in wastewater was less than10 mg/L, the mass concentration of ammonia nitrogen was less than 5 mg/L, and the nitrile organic compounds could be degraded to ammonia nitrogen in the denitrification process, the aromatic compounds degraded less in the denitrification process, but they could be degraded rapidly under aerobic conditions.
