摘　　要：为了解决煤矿瓦斯泵站抽采压力波动导致瓦斯发电机组故障频发甚至停机的问题,同时防止瓦斯输送管路压力突增而憋停瓦斯抽采真空泵的情况,研究分析了瓦斯发电机组对瓦斯压力的实际需求和瓦斯抽采泵站的安全运行压力,展开了湿式阻火稳压装置的结构设计与水封水位高度自动控制设计。装置利用水封原理,稳定输气压力,保障发电机组稳定运行,并能快速释放超压压力,避免泵站“憋压”,另外还具备防止雷击等外界因素导致放散口起火或爆炸的蔓延,提高抽采系统安全性。应用结果表明,瓦斯输送压力稳定,瓦斯发电机组运行高效可靠,机组意外停机时,瓦斯管路聚变压力得到快速释放,不影响瓦斯抽采泵站安全运行,保障了煤矿安全生产。In order to solve the problem of frequent failure or even shutdown of the gas generator set caused by the fluctuation of the pumping pressure of the coal mine gas pumping station,and prevent the pressure of the gas transmission pipeline from suddenly increasing and stop the gas pumping vacuum pump,the gas pressure of the gas generator set was analyzed and analyzed.The actual demand and the safe operating pressure of the gas pumping station had unfolded the structural design of the wet flame arrester and the automatic control of the water seal height.The device utilized the water seal principle to stabilize the gas transmission pressure,ensured the stable operation of the generator set,and could quickly release the overpressure pressure,avoiding the pumping station"squeezing",and also preventing the spread of the fire or explosion caused by external factors such as lightning strikes.Improve the safety of the extraction system.The application results showed that the gas transmission pressure was stable,the gas generator set was efficient and reliable,and when the unit was unexpectedly shut down,the gas pipeline fusion pressure was released quickly,which did not affected the safe operation of the gas pumping station and ensured the safe production of coal mines.
