区域生态系统服务价值的评估研究——以湖南省为例

摘　　要：生态系统的服务价值越来越被人类所认可,但由于生态系统结构的复杂性以及现有价值评估方法的局限性,使得对其服务价值评估成为难题,严重影响了生态系统的保护和治理。开展区域生态系统服务价值评价的研究,不仅可以提高大众对生态系统服务的认知,更能为政府相关治理政策提供科学依据。本文选取2017年为基准年,以湖南省为例,通过对生态系统进行分类,按照不同的功能对湖南省的生态服务价值进行了全面评估。结果显示:湖南省生态系统2017年提供总服务价值总量为2.43万亿元。其中,林地生态系统提供的总服务价值为1.21万亿元,占总价值的49.79%;水域系统价值为1.13万亿元,占总价值的46.5%;耕地系统提供的总服务价值为0.09万亿元,占比3.71%。文章最后进一步阐述了研究结论的应用价值。The ecosystem services value is increasingly recognized by humans. However,due to the complexity of ecosystem structure and the limitations of the existed valuation methods,the assessment of ecosystem services value becomes a problem,which seriously affects the protection and management of ecosystems. The research on the evaluation of regional ecosystem services can not only improve the public’ s awareness of ecosystem services,but also provide a scientific basis for the government’ s relevant governance policies. This paper selects 2017 as the base year and takes Hunan Province as an example. Through the classification of ecosystems,the ecological service value of Hunan Province is comprehensively evaluated according to different functions. The results show that the total value of total services provided by the Hunan Ecosystem in 2017 was 2.43 trillion yuan. Among them,the total service value provided by forestland ecosystem is 1.21 trillion,accounting for 49.79% of the total value;the value of water system is 1.13 trillion,accounting for 46.5% of the total value;the total service value provided by cultivated land system is 0.09 trillion,accounting for 3.71%. The article finally further elaborates the application value of the research conclusions.
