摘　　要：针对垃圾焚烧带来的二次污染问题,介绍垃圾焚烧循环流化床锅炉的烟气处理技术,对一台日焚烧垃圾300t的循环流化床锅炉的主要污染物排放进行了工业测试,并对测试结果进行了对标分析。采用半干法脱酸+活性炭吸附+布袋除尘器的烟气处理系统后,并且保证炉膛温度高于850℃和维持炉膛氧量在7%左右,垃圾焚烧循环流化床锅炉的颗粒物、NOx、SO2、HCl和CO的排放浓度均低于现行排放标准;随着入炉垃圾量的增多,颗粒物和NOx排放浓度变化不大,SO2排放浓度有降低趋势,HCl排放浓度有升高趋势,CO的排放浓度增大。Aiming at the secondary pollution problems caused by waste incineration, this paper introduces the flue gas treatment technology of waste incineration circulating fluidized bed boiler,carries on the industrial test to the main pollutant discharge of a waste incineration circulating fluidized bed boiler with300 tons daily,and analysis to the test result carrying on the calibration. The emission concentration of particulate matter, NOx,SO2,HCl and CO of waste incineration circulating fluidized bed boiler is lower than that of current emission standard using semi-dry decarbonization+activated carbon adsorption+flue gas treatment system of bag dust collector and ensuring that the furnace temperature is higher than 850 ℃ and maintaining the furnace oxygen volume at about 7%. With the increase of the amount of waste in the furnace,the concentration of particulate matter and NOx emission changes little. The concentration of SO2 emission decreases. The concentration of HCl emission increases,and the concentration of CO is increased.
