摘 要:为了实现工业废水由集中式处理向分散式处理的改造,通过引入中间水道结构,得到了一种介于集中式与分散式之间的废水处理方式。对于一定的废水流和处理单元,新结构的处理量略大于分散式,但远低于集中式,且具有操作稳定、易于调节的优点。对一文献实例的研究表明,改造后可使年处理费用比集中式降低约58%。Compared with traditional centralized wastewater treatment,decentralized treatment has significant advantages and is therefore the trend in designing wastewater systems. This paper presents a new wastewater treatment network structure between centralized and decentralized treatment mode by introducing internal water mains. For certain wastewater streams and treatment units,the treatment flow rate in the new structure is slight larger than that of decentralized treatment,but far lower than that of centralized treatment. Furthermore,the new structure is stable in operation and easy to adjust. The annual treatment cost of a literature example can be reduced by 58% if the centralized treatment is retrofitted into the structure proposed in this paper.
