摘　　要：目的 探讨类风湿性关节炎患者应用疼痛专项护理配合阶段性健康教育对其疼痛症状、应对方式和生活质量的影响。方法 选取2016年1月至2017年6月在我院治疗的106例类风湿性关节炎患者为研究对象,随机将其等分为对照组和观察组,对照组予以常规护理,观察组予以疼痛专项护理配合阶段性健康教育。干预后,比较两组患者疼痛程度(VAS)、应对方式(MCMQ)、生活质量(SF-36);随访1年,比较两组患者类风湿性关节炎复发率。结果 观察组患者VAS、回避与屈服应对方式评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05),SF-36各维度评分与面对方式评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。随访1年,观察组患者类风湿性关节炎复发率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 疼痛专项护理配合阶段性健康教育能改善类风湿性关节炎患者疼痛程度和生活质量,指导其由消极应对方式向积极应对方式转变,有利于患者病情恢复。Objective To explore the effect of special nursing for pains combined with staged health education on pain symptoms, coping style and quality of life in patients with rheumatoid arthritis. Methods To select a total of 106 patients with rheumatoid arthritis who were treated in our hospital from January 2016 to June 2017 as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with the same number of patients. The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given special nursing for pains combined with staged health education. After the intervention, the pain degree(VAS), coping modes (MCMQ), and quality of life(SF-36) of the two groups were compared. The follow-up was conducted for 1 year, and then the recurrence rate of rheumatoid arthritis was compared between the two groups. Results The scores of VAS, avoidance and yield response in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group( P <0.05). The each dimension scores of the SF-36 and the coping style score were significantly higher than those of the control group( P <0.05).The follow-up was conducted for 1 year, the recurrence rate of rheumatoid arthritis in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group( P <0.05). Conclusion The special nursing for pains combined with staged health education can improve the pain level and quality of life of patients with rheumatoid arthritis. In addition, it can guide the patients to change from negative coping style to positive coping style, which is conducive to the recovery of patients' condition.
