摘  要:目的 探讨穴位贴敷联合健康教育在稳定性心绞痛患者中的应用效果。方法 选择我院2017年10月至2018年2月收治的稳定性心绞痛患者100例,将其随机等分为对照组和观察组,对照组采取西医治疗配合常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上加以穴位贴敷联合健康教育。比较两组患者的西雅图心绞痛量表(SAQ)评分、护理满意度以及中医症状积分。结果 观察组患者SAQ量表各维度评分、护理满意度各维度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者中医症状积分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 穴位贴敷联合健康教育应用在稳定性心绞痛患者中,能提高患者对稳定性心绞痛疾病的认知,缓解患者胸痛、胸闷症状,提高护理满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of acupoint sticking combined with health education in patients with stable angina. Methods To select 100 patients with stable angina who were admitted to our hospital from October 2017 to February 2018, and they were divided into control group and observation group with the same number of patients randomly. The control group was treated with western medicine and routine nursing. Based on the treatment of the control group, the observation group was treated with acupoint sticking combined with health education. We then compared the Seattle angina questionnaiire(SAQ)scores, nursing satisfaction, and traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores between the two groups. Results The each dimension scores of SAQ and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group ( P <0.05). The traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group( P <0.05). Conclusion Acupoint sticking combined with health education can improve the patient's awareness of stable angina pectoris, and relieve chest pain and chest tightness. So that, it can improve nursing satisfaction of patients.
