摘　　要：辣木是分布于热带、亚热带地区的一种珍贵树种,其各部位均具有较高的营养与医疗价值,其叶在历史上一直作为食物和药物在世界各地广泛使用,对于辣木叶茶的研究与开发也愈来愈受世界瞩目。本文就我国及世界辣木种植情况、辣木叶发展现状、辣木叶化学成分和辣木药效与安全性研究进行了评述。辣木叶茶对诸多慢性退行性疾病具有较好的防治效果,具有重要的药用和商业价值,是海上丝绸之路上的一个值得深入研究的重要资源,值得重视与关注。Moringa oleifera is a kind of precious tree cultivated in tropical and sub-tropical regions of the world.Each part is rich in nutrition and have high medical values.The leaves are historically used as food and medicine worldwide,and there are its relevent research and investigation causing more and more world′s attention.This review states the introduction about moringa tea interiorly and internationally,the pesticide and safty effects,and giving future prospects about it.We provide the insight of moringa tea as a cure of many chronic degenerative diseases,and it could possess high potential both in medical and commercial values.It does deserve further research and serve as a collaborative object along the Maritime Silk Road.
