摘　　要：目的探讨威伐光治疗葡萄球菌烫伤样皮肤综合征(Staphylococcal Scalded Skin Syndrome,SSSS)患儿皮损护理的临床效果。方法回顾性分析本院2013年1月~2014年12月收治的符合研究标准的102例SSSS患儿,按照是否接受威伐光治疗分为治疗组和对照组。比较2组患儿治疗后体温变化、住院时间、红斑消退时间、皮损控制时间、尼氏征转阴时间、水疱干涸时间及不良反应等。结果治疗组患儿住院时间、红斑消退时间、水泡干涸时间明显低于对照组(P<0.05),2组患儿出现不良反应情况无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论威伐光治疗在SSSS患儿皮损护理中能够起到一定的临床效果。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of vivallight in the skin care of patients with staphylococcal scalded skin syndrome(SSSS).Methods A retrospective analysis of 102 children with SSSS from January 2013 to December 2014 in Children's Hospital of Chongqing Medical University was performed.Patients were divided into the treatment group and the control group according to whether they received vivallight treatment.Changes in body temperature,hospitalization time,time of erythema remission,time of controlling skin lesion,time of Nissl sign turning to be negative,time of blister turning to dry and adverse reactions were collected from two groups.Results The hospitalization time,time of erythema remission and time of blisters turning to dry in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group( P < 0.05 ).There was no significant difference in the adverse reactions between two groups( P > 0.05 ).Conclusion The clinical effect of vivallight on the nursing of skin lesions in patients with SSSS is good.
