摘　　要：国医大师熊继柏教授临床上治疗肝经所经过之处的痛症常在辨证论治的基础上,针对病机选方用药必合以金铃子散。列举熊老师运用金铃子散复方治疗肝经所过之处痛症案例:会阴胀痛、尿痛、胁痛、睾丸肿痛、胃痛验案5则,通过对上述异病同治案例的分析,总结其运用金铃子散的临证经验,以示熊继柏教授的辨证思路,为临床上应用金铃子散提供参考。National TCM Master and Professor XIONG Jibo often applies Jinlingzi Powder in treating liver channel pain due to medication targeting at the pathogenesis, based on syndrome differentiation and treatment.This paper enumerates 5 cases on Prof.XIONG Jibo's application of Jinlingzi Powder Compound in treating liver channel pain: distending pain of perineum, painful urination, hypochondriac pain, testicular swelling and pain as well as stomachache.Through analyzing the above-mentioned cases of treating different diseases with the same method, and summarizing Prof.XIONG Jibo's clinical experience of applying Jinlingzi Powder, his thought of syndrome differentiation can be represented, so as to provide references for clinical application of Jinlingzi Powder.
