协同护理模式在慢性肾功能衰竭患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨协同护理模式应用于慢性肾功能衰竭患者的效果及对满意度的影响。方法抽选我院96例慢性肾功能衰竭患者,随机分为两组,各48例。对照组:开展常规护理。观察组:开展协同护理模式。结果观察组患者与对照组患者治疗后的自我护理能力量表(exercise of self-care agency,ESCA)评分均高于治疗前,组间对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者的自我护理能力评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组自我护理能力评分要高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗依从性良好率31.25%与依从性一般率66.67%高于对照组的治疗依从性良好率25%与依从性一般率52.08%(P<0.05);观察组患者的护理总满意率100%高于对照组的91.67%(P<0.05)。结论对慢性肾功能衰竭患者实施协同护理临床效果理想,既可培养患者自我护理能力,又可调动其治疗积极性,这对缩短患者住院时间、提高其生存质量有着重要意义。Objective To explore the application of cooperative nursing mode in patients with chronic renal failure and the effect on satisfaction.Methods Select 96 patients with chronic renal failure in our hospital.Control group:carry out routine nursing;observe group:carry out cooperative nursing mode.Results ESCA(exercise of self-care agency)after treatment of patients and control group after treatment.The score of self nursing ability of A was higher than that before treatment,and the difference was obvious(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups of ESCA self-care ability score and no statistical significance(P>0.05).After treatment,the self-care ability of ESCA in the observation group was in the observation group.The scores were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),the good rate of therapeutic compliance and the general rate of compliance in the observation group were 31.25%and 66.67%respectively,which were higher than those in the control group(25%and 52.08%,P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of nursing in observation group was higher than that in control group(100%vs 91.67%,P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of synergetic nursing for patients with chronic renal failure is ideal.It can cultivate the self-nursing ability of patients and arouse their enthusiasm of treatment.It is of great significance to shorten the hospitalization time and improve the quality of life of patients with chronic renal failure.
