摘　　要：目的探讨早期康复护理对脑梗塞偏瘫失语患者肢体功能的影响。方法选取100例脑梗塞偏瘫失语患者作为研究对象,利用随机数字表随机分为对照组和实验组两组,实验组接受早期康复护理,对照组接受常规脑梗护理,对两组肢体功能恢复情况加以对比分析。结果在护理干预后,两组的FMA运动功能评分、NIHSS神经功能缺损评分以及有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期康复护理应用到脑梗塞偏瘫失语患者的临床治疗中,肢体功能得到了显著改善,值得临床推广。objective To explore the effect of early rehabilitation nursing on limb function of cerebral infarction hemiplegic aphasia patients.Methods 100 patients with cerebral infarction and hemiplegia were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and experimental group by random number table.The experimental group received early rehabilitation care,and the control group received routine cerebral infarction.The limb function of the two groups was analyzed.The recovery situation was compared and analyzed.Results After nursing intervention,the FMA motor function score and the effective rate were significantly different between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Early rehabilitation nursing should be applied to the patients with cerebral infarction hemiplegia aphasia.In the treatment,the limb function has been significantly improved,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
