中医艾灸联合康复训练对脑卒中偏瘫病人肢体功能及生活能力的影响

摘　　要：[目的]探讨中医艾灸联合康复训练应用于脑卒中偏瘫病人中对肢体功能及生活能力的影响。[方法]将2015年6月—2016年6月我院收治的脑卒中偏瘫病人57例作为对照组,实施常规护理;将2016年7月—2017年7月我院收治的脑卒中偏瘫病人57例作为观察组,实施中医艾灸配合康复训练。对比两组病人临床疗效、干预前后肢体功能和生活能力变化。[结果]观察组临床总有效率(91.23%)优于对照组(66.67%);干预1个月后上肢功能、下肢功能评分均高于对照组;干预1个月后日常生活活动能力评定指数评分高于对照组,改良Rankin量表评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]中医艾灸配合康复训练应用于脑卒中偏瘫病人可显著提高临床疗效,促进肢体功能恢复,改善生活能力。Objective: To investigate the effect of moxibustion combined with rehabilitation training on limb function and life ability in stroke patients with hemiplegia. Methods: From June 2015 to June 2016,57 patients with stroke hemiplegia admitted in our hospital were selected as the control group and received routine nursing care.Fifty-seven patients with stroke hemiplegia admitted in our hospital from July 2016 to July 2017 were selected as observation group,taking implementation of traditional Chinese medicine moxibustion with rehabilitation training.The clinical curative effect,were the changes of limb function and living ability before and after intervention compared between the two groups . Results: The total clinical effective rate in the observation group(91.23%) was better than that in the control group(66.67%).The scores of upper limb function and lower limb function in the observation group after one month intervention were significantly higher than those in the control group.The Barthel index score of observation group was higher than that of control after receiving intervention for one month,and Rankin Scale score was lower than that of control group (all P <0.05). Conclusion: The application of moxibustion combined with rehabilitation training in patients with hemiplegia stroke can significantly improve clinical efficacy,promote limb function recovery and improve living ability.
