摘　　要：随着全国机动车保有量、业务量的不断增加,机动车号牌生产量也逐年增加。机动车号牌生产管理系统承担了全国的号牌生产业务的监管职能,正不断产生需通过专用局域网与公安信息网进行跨网络交换的数据。为满足机动车号牌生产管理系统的数据交换需求,本文对原有交换机制进行了调整优化,提出了一种稳定通畅的数据交换方案,并就其特性作了阐述。With the increasing of the number of motor vehicle ownership and relevant motor vehicle management services, the production of the motor vehicle license plate is also increasing year by year. The motor vehicle license plate production management system which is responsible for the motor vehicle license plate production is constantly generating data that needs to be exchanged across the networks through the exclusive LAN and the police information network. To meet the data exchange needs of the motor vehicle license plate production management system, the author, through optimizing and adjusting the original data exchange mechanism, proposed a more stable and smoother data exchange mechanism and its characteristics were also explained.
