袁伟民排球执教理念探析

摘　　要：文章采用文献资料法、专家访谈法等对原中国女排主教练袁伟民的执教理念进行探析和总结,以期为我国排球教练员的执教提供有益参考。从四个部分对袁伟民的执教理念进行梳理,即组队理念、训练理念、竞赛理念和管理理念。结果表明:组队理念为不唯高度,而是在全面的基础上追求高度,发展高度;训练理念为树立良好训练作风,不放松每堂训练课,重视心理智能训练,强调实践检验训练;竞技比赛理念为赛前科学分析,准确预测,临场指挥洞察全局,决策果断;管理理念为保持创新思维,树立威严,处理好教学关系,建设队伍凝聚力,同步训练与思想教育,注重队伍结构和培养尖子。This paper analyzes and summarizes the coaching philosophy of Yuan Weimin,the former head coach of the Chinese women s volleyball team,by using the methods of documentation and expert interview,so as to provide beneficial reference for the coach of the Chinese volleyball team.Yuan Weimin s coaching philosophy consists of four parts,team formation concept,training concept,competition concept and management concept.The results show that the concept of team formation is not only about height,but also about pursuing height and developing height on a comprehensive basis;The training concept is to establish a good training style,not to relax each training class,pay attention to psychological intelligence training,and emphasize practice test training;The concept of competitive competition is scientific analysis before the competition,accurate prediction,insight into the overall situation,and decisive decision;The management concept is to maintain innovative thinking,establish majesty,handle teaching relations well,build team cohesion,synchronous training and ideological education,pay attention to team structure and cultivate top students.
