战术导弹武器系统作战效能评估数据处理方法研究

摘　　要：针对战术导弹武器系统作战效能评估所面临的定性指标的量化、定量指标的规范化、指标权重的确定等基础性问题,综合考虑战术导弹武器系统试验鉴定工程应用的可操作性,基于主观评定法和数学解析法对作战效能评估数据处理方法进行了研究。采用专家打分法和量化标尺量化法相结合的方式对定性指标进行量化,并根据打分结果统计计算各指标的评价函数,以此作为评分有效性的判断依据;将定量指标划分为效益型、成本型和区间型三种,并以同类型装备对应指标作为参照值,采用线性尺度变换法对不同类型的定量指标分别进行规范化处理;基于层次分析法计算评估指标体系中各指标的权重值;最后,以某型舰空导弹武器系统打击效能评估数据为例,对数据处理方法进行了实例应用,验证了该方法的合理性和可操作性。研究立足试验鉴定工作实际,具有较强的实用性和可操作性,为战术导弹武器系统作战效能评估提供了技术支撑。该计算分析结论,对于复杂武器系统可靠性试验鉴定工作具有较高的借鉴参考价值。There are some problems for operational efficiency evaluation of the tactical missile weapon system. For example,quantization of qualitative index,standardization of quantitative index,confirm of index weight,and so on. The data processing method of operational efficiency evaluation is researched based on maneuverability of project application,subjective evaluation method,and math parse method. Firstly,the quantization of qualitative index uses expert mark method and quantitative staff guage method,accounting evaluative function of all indexes based on mark result that is the gist of judging grade’s validity. Secondly,the quantitative index has three kinds for example benefit type,cost type,and interval type. It’s consult value is the index of the same equip. The quantitative index of different kinds is normalized,using the method of linearity measure commutation. Thirdly,the every index weight of evaluation index system is calculated based on the arrangement analysis method. At last,the data processing method is applied,instancing the shock efficiency evaluation data of one ship-to-air missile weapon system that validates the method’s rationality and maneuverability. The research has good practicability and maneuverability according as test appraisal work that gives technology support to operational efficiency evaluation of the tactical missile weapon system.The conclusion of it is very valuable for dependability text appraisal work of one complex weapon system.
