摘　　要：目的探讨美皮康敷料在中毒性表皮坏死松解症患者中的应用效果。方法选取2017年10月至2018年10月我科室收治的94例中毒性表皮坏死松解症患者为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组和观察组,对照组采取常规药物(糖皮质激素、免疫球蛋白)治疗,观察组在常规药物治疗基础上采用美皮康敷料进行辅助治疗。结果观察组治疗效果及皮肤各项指标优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论美皮康敷料可加速创面痊愈,对治疗中毒性表皮坏死松解症患者造成的皮损有良好效果,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the application effect of Mepilex dressing in patients with toxic epidermal necrolysis. Methods To select 94 patients with toxic epidermal necrolysis who were admitted to our department from October 2017 to October 2018 as the study subjects, and they were divided into the control group and the observation group with the same number of patients randomly. The control group was given conventional drugs treatment (that is glucocorticoids, and immunity globulin), while the observation group was treated with Mepilex dressing for adjuvant treatment on the basis of conventional drug treatment. Results The therapeutic effect and skin indexes of the observation group were superior to that of the control group( P <0.05). Conclusion Mepilex dressing can accelerate the healing of wounds and has a good effect on the skin lesions caused by patients with toxic epidermal necrolysis,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
