洗必泰在老年留置导尿管患者会阴皮肤护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨洗必泰在老年留置导尿管患者会阴皮肤护理中的应用效果。方法选取2017年7月至2018年7月入院诊治的60岁以上的老年护理病区住院并留置导尿管患者215例,将其随机分为试验组107例和对照组108例,在洗剂选择方面,试验组应用洗必泰,对照组应用生理盐水。比较两组患者会阴及肛周皮肤状况、舒适度、菌尿率等指标。结果试验组患者会阴及肛周皮肤红肿、异味、异常分泌物、破溃率低于对照组(P<0.05),舒适度高于对照组(P<0.05),菌尿率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论洗必泰应用于老年患者会阴皮肤护理,可有效提高患者护理舒适度,改善会阴皮肤状况,降低菌尿率,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the application effect of chlorhexidine in perineal skin care for elderly patients with indwelling catheter. Methods To select 215 cases of patients over 60 years old who were hospitalized and received indwelled catheter in the geriatric nursing ward from July 2017 to July 2018, and they were randomly divided into the experimental group with 107 cases and the control group with 108 cases. In terms of lotions, the experimental group was given chlorhexidine, while the control group was treated with physiological saline. The skin condition of the perineum and perianal, comfortable degree, and bacteriuria rate indexes were compared between the two groups. Results In the experimental group, the skin redness, odor, abnormal secretion and rupture rate of perineum and perianal were lower than those of the control group( P <0.05). The comfortable degree in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group( P <0.05).The bacteriuria rate in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group( P <0.05). Conclusion Applying chlorhexidine to the perineal skin care of elderly patients can improve patient care comfort effectively. Meanwhile, it also can improve perineal skin condition and reduce bacteriuria rate,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
