先进军事文化建设面临的挑战与发展路径

摘　　要：近年来,广大官兵坚定中国特色社会主义理想信念,践行当代军人的核心价值观,官兵的精神文化、军营文化得到全面发展,军事文化建设呈现繁荣态势。但同样要看到,随着多元文化对军事文化的冲击,特别是网络化时代的到来,传统文化冲撞现代文化、本土文化交织外来文化、社会文化侵蚀军事文化。藉由此,冷静面对,重塑先进军事文化是提升官兵思想素养、保持官兵战斗力的迫切任务。In recent years,officers and soldiers have firmly believed in the ideal of socialism with Chinese characteristics and have beening practiced the core values of contemporary soldiers,and the spiritual culture and barrack culture of officers and soldiers have been fully developed.The construction of military culture has shown prosperity.However,it should also be seen that with the impact of multiculturalism on military culture,especially the arrival of the networked era,traditional culture collides with modern culture,local culture interweaves foreign culture,and social culture erodes military culture.Therefore,calmly facing and reshaping the advanced military culture is an urgent task to improve the ideological quality of officers and soldiers and maintain their combat effectiveness.
