摘  要:采用激活似然估计法(ALE)研究运动影响个体执行控制的神经机制,为运动与脑科学研究提供认知神经科学的理论基础,为运动促进个体身、心、脑健康发展提供理论依据。方法:基于关键词在WebofScience、PubMed、CNKI数据库进行检索,得到445篇文献,根据筛选标准最终纳入8篇文献,样本量共计343人,通过GingerALE2.3软件,对符合要求的8篇文献进行激活似然估计元分析,计算每个体素跨实验激活的可能性。结果:共获得6个激活峰值点,分布在大脑两侧。其中,右侧额下回有1个簇(BA9,峰值坐标52/14/26),左侧额下回有1个簇(BA47,峰值坐标-32/20/-8),右侧枕下回有1个簇(BA18,峰值坐标34/-84/-14),右侧楔前叶有2个簇(BA19,峰值坐标28/-72/40;BA19,峰值坐标22/-76/38),右侧前扣带回有1个簇(BA32,峰值坐标8/20/38)。结论:1)运动促进执行控制激活相关脑区具有一般性,主要表现在运动增强了左侧额下回、右侧额下回、右侧楔前叶、右侧枕下回及右侧前扣带回的激活;2)运动对执行控制的改善并非引起了单一脑区激活的改变,可能是多个脑区的协同变化。Objective: Thepresent studyused the activation likelihood estimation to explorethe neural mechanisms of exercise intervention on executive control, so as to provide the rationale of cognitive neuroscience for motor and brain science research, and scientific reference for promoting the healthy development of individual’s body, mind and brain by means of exercise. Methods: Relevant studies were identified through a systematic database search for articles published on Web of Science, PubMed and CNKI with keywords. This search yielded 445 papers, 8 literatures were finally included according to the screening criteria, with a total of 343 participants. ALE value of 8 literatures was calculated through Ginger ALE 2.0 software to create the ALE map. Results: The results from the ALE analysis across 8 literatures demonstrated concordance in six main clusters: right Inferior frontal gyrus (BA9, Peak Foci52/14/26), left Inferior frontal gyrus (BA47, Peak Foci -32/20/-8), right Inferior occipital gyrus (BA18, Peak Foci 34/-84/-14), right Precuneus (BA19, Peak Foci 28/-72/40;BA19, Peak Foci 22/-76/38), right anterior Cingulate Gyrus (BA32, Peak Foci 8/20/38). Conclusions:1) The neuromechanism of exercise intervention on executive control is general, mainly in that exercise enhances the brain activity in the left inferior frontal gyrus, right inferior frontal gyrus, right precuneus, right inferior occipital gyrus, right anterior cingulate gyrus by exercise intervention. 2) The improvement of exercise on executive control does not result in the change of activation of a single brain region, but may be the cooperative change of multiple brain regions.
