摘　　要：某石化公司35kt/a的制酸装置有1112个控制点、90个控制回路。该制酸装置的DCS控制系统采用JX-300XP中控系统,实现对整体工艺流程的自动控制。系统由工程师站、操作站、控制站、控制网络等组成。该系统广泛应用于各类大中小型化工装置,控制效果良好。35 kt/a acid production plant of a petrochemical company had 1112 control points and 90 control loops. The DCS control system of the acid production plant adopted JX-300XP central control system to realize the automatic control of the whole process flow. The system consisted of engineer station, operation station, control station and control network. This system was widely used in all kinds of chemical plants and aquired satisfactory control effect.
