摘　　要：当前,我国解决结构性失业与“用工荒”矛盾,推动产业结构优化和升级,新生代农民工迫切需要向现代产业工人转型。通过实地调研和问卷调查发现,新生代农民工存在着技术技能素质还不高、育留难度加大、满意度有所上升但权益保护仍有待加强、技能回报持续上升但社会地位仍待提高等问题。而制约新生代农民工向现代产业工人转型的因素主要是动力不足、人员流动频繁、组织约束性差、就业条件差、权益保障缺失等。因此,实现新生代农民工向现代产业工人转型,应规范和完善技能和素质提升体系、努力实现现有资源整合、做好“互联网+”工会普惠化服务、强化产业工人队伍建设制度保障,以及扎实做好维权服务工作等。At present, China solves the contradiction between structural unemployment and“labor shortage”, promotes the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure, and the new generation of migrant workers urgently needs to transform to modern industrial workers. Through field investigation and questionnaire survey, it is found that the new generation of migrant workers' technical skills and quality are not high, the difficulty of education and retention is increasing, the satisfaction degree is rising, the protection of rights and interests still needs to be strengthened, the skill returns continue to rise, and the social status still needs to be improved. The factors restricting the transition of the new generation of migrant workers to modern industrial workers are lack of motivation, frequent personnel turnover, poor organizational constraints, poor employment conditions, and lack of rights and interests protection. Therefore, to realize the transformation of the new generation of migrant workers to modern industrial workers, it is necessary to standardize and improve the skills and quality improvement system, strive to achieve the integration of existing resources, do a good job in the Internet Plus trade union service, strengthen the institutional guarantee of the construction of industrial workers, and do a solid job in the service of rights protection.
