摘　　要：汽车行业对VOC排放有越来越高的要求,聚脲涂料是一种新型的涂料产品,具有很多应用优势,通过将聚脲材料在汽车涂装上进行开发和应用,使得汽车中涂涂料质量有了非常大的提升。介绍了一种高固体聚脲汽车中涂涂料,该聚脲涂料具有良好的涂膜性能,适合各种汽车涂装,且VOC排放低符合国家要求。The automobile industry has higher and higher requirements for VOC emission.Polyurea coating is a new type of coating product which has many advantages in application.Through the development and application of polyurea material in automobile coating,the quality of intermediate coating for automobile has been greatly improved.This paper introduces a kind of high solid polyurea intermediate coating for automobile.The coating has good film performance and is suitable for all kinds of automobile coatings.The VOC emission is very low in accordance with the national requirements.
