摘  要:依据紫外光度法臭氧浓度的测量原理,臭氧对254nm波长的紫外光有特征吸收,而这种吸收特性恰恰又与臭氧的浓度之间存在特定的比例关系,根据朗伯-比耳定律,通过检测紫外光强的变化情况,即可测量得到臭氧浓度值。通过将单光路和双光路2种方案进行分析对比,2种方案均可实现对臭氧浓度的测量,并归纳了2种方案的优缺点,为臭氧浓度测量方法选择提供参考。According to the measurement principle of ozone concentration by ultraviolet photometry,the ozone has characteristic absorption of ultraviolet light at 254 nm wavelength,and this absorption characteristic has a specific proportion relationship with ozone concentration.According to Lambert-Biel's law,by detecting the change of UV intensity,the measured ozone concentration can be obtained.Two schemes of single light paths and double light paths are analyzed and compared.Both schemes can achieve ozone concentration measurement,and the advantages and disadvantages are summarized,which provides reference for the selection of ozone concentration measurement methods.
