摘 要:水平旋冲技术极大地提高了深井高硬度地层的采钻速度和效率,但摆锤旋冲对能量传播的影响趋势尚不明确,尤其是在狭小渐变截面圆柱体内旋冲应力波的传播及反射特性未见研究。为此,建立了狭小圆柱体的特征关系和旋冲冲击波阵面上的突跃条件,讨论了渐变截面圆柱杆中的一维应力波传播和反射规律,确定了微分方程和解析表达式。然后依据构件的几何尺寸及材料属性对纵波传播特性的影响特点,确定冲击波在传播过程中的演化规律。再针对旋冲过程中应力波在渐变截面的应力-应变-衰减规律进行了数值分析。最后基于现有的理论研究搭建冲击应力波实验平台,通过对实验中应力应变等变化参数的测量,验证了文中对渐变截面圆柱杆应力波传播特性的研究结果。Horizontal rotary impact technology has greatly improved the drilling speed and efficiency of deep and high hardness formations.However,the trend of the impact of pendulum swirling on energy transmission is not clear,especially in the narrow tapered cross section cylinder,and the propagation and reflection characteristics of swirling stress waves have not been studied.Therefor,the characteristic relation of narrow cylinder and the jump condition on the shock wave front of swirling impact were established,and the propagation and reflection law of one-dimensional stress wave in cylindrical cylinder with tapered cross-section were discussed,and the differential equation and analytic expression were determined.Then according to the influence of the geometric size and material properties of the component on the propagation characteristics of the longitudinal wave,the evolution law of the shock wave in the propagation process was determined.Then the stress-strain-Attenuation Law of stress wave in the cross section was analyzed numerically.Finally,based on the existing theoretical study,experimental platform for wave impact force was built,and according to the measurement of varying parameters as stress and strain,the study results of propagation characteristics of stress wave on the tapered cylindrical rod are verified.
