摘　　要：针对X老区油气井普遍进入中后期开发阶段,且面临接替产能尚未建成,单井开发成本高,盈利能力逐渐下降,管理难度较大等特点,利用"三线四区"经济运行分析思路,对全区2018年区块成本进行核算。通过损益计算、对比分析,总结区块经济效益情况,深挖油气井成本结构,从经济效益的角度提出合理化建议,为同类型老区降本增效提供借鉴。In view of the fact that oil and gas wells in X old districts have entered the middle and late stage of development, and they are facing the failure to complete the production capacity, the single-well development cost is high, the profitability is gradually decreasing,and the management is difficult, the "three lines and four zones" economic operation analysis ideas are utilized, and the block cost of the whole district in 2018 is accounted for. Through the calculation of profit and loss, comparative analysis, it summarizes the economic benefits of the block, deepens the cost structure of oil and gas wells, and proposes rationalization suggestions from the perspective of economic benefits, providing reference for the cost reduction and efficiency improvement of the same type of old districts.
