摘　　要：目的评价综合护理干预对高龄妇女二孩妊娠并发症及妊娠结局的影响.方法符合纳入标准的计划二孩的高龄妇女210例随机分为对照组(n=102)和观察组(n=108).对照组采取常规护理干预,观察组采取综合护理干预.观察两组研究对象妊娠高血压、妊娠糖尿病、早产、流产、巨大胎儿、剖宫产及出生缺陷的发生率.结果观察组优生知识的知晓、叶酸及维生素D的服用情况高于对照组(P<0.05);有害物质的接触、不良生活方式、身体质量指数低于对照组(P<0.05).与对照组相比,观察组妊娠高血压、妊娠糖尿病、早产、流产、巨大胎儿及出生缺陷的发生率降低(P<0.05).结论综合护理干预降低高龄妇女二孩妊娠并发症及不良妊娠的发生率,有利于优生.Objective To evaluate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on pregnancy complications and pregnancy outcomes of elderly women planning second pregnancies. Methods 210 elderly women planning second pregnancies meet with inclusion criteria were randomized into the control group and the observation group, with 102 cases in the control group and 108 cases in the observation group. The control group was given routine nursing, the observation group was given comprehensive nursing measures. The incidence rates of gestational hypertension, gestational diabetes, preterm delivery, miscarriage, giant fetus, cesarean section and birth defects were observed in the two groups. Results The knowledge of eugenics, folic acid and vitamin D consumption in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the exposure to harmful substances , unhealthy lifestyle and body mass index were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Compared with the control group, the observation group had lower incidence of gestational hypertension, gestational diabetes mellitus, preterm birth, miscarriage, giant fetus and birth defects. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can reduce the incidence of second child pregnancy complications and adverse pregnancy in elderly women, which is beneficial to eugenics.
