摘 要:同蒲铁路是近代山西历史上最为重要的铁路干线之一。抗日战争胜利后,残缺不全的同蒲铁路重要性日渐下降,其铁路工人在战争、政治倾轧、通货膨胀等因素的交互作用下艰难生存,薪资困境是其生存中最致命的一环。围绕着薪资问题,同蒲铁路工人与当权者展开了一场并不激进的较量,这场较量的过程正是抗战胜利后阎锡山政权与其直接治下铁路工人关系的一个反映,同时也是国民党政权失败前的一个面相。Tongpu Railway is one of the most important railway lines in the history of modern Shanxi. After the victory of the Anti-Japanese War, the importance of the Tongpu Railway was declining. The railway workers struggled under the interaction of war, political pressure, inflation and other factors. The salary dilemma became the most deadly part of their survival. Around the issue of salary, the Tongpu Railway workers and those in power have launched a non-radical contest. On the one hand, the workers reflected the problems and expressed their desires through various legal and illegal channels under the meager salary pressure. On the other hand, the Railway Bureau and even the Yan government did not stand by and take their own actions without touching their interests. Measures to try to get out of trouble.However, the harsh conditions of war have made the relief effort less effective, and finally it was not until the Kuomintang regime collapsed on the mainland. In fact, this process of contesting was a reflection of the relationship between the Yan regime and its direct administration of railway workers after the victory of the Anti-Japanese War. It was also a face of the Kuomintang before its defeat.
