摘  要:对聚乳酸和成核剂山梨醇的共混物进行压力诱导流动(PIF)加工,研究了成核剂含量对聚乳酸本体材料结晶结构的影响和PIF加工工艺参数对聚乳酸材料力学性能的影响,并对其成型前后的动态力学性能、热力学性能及微观结构进行了表征。结果表明,经过PIF加工后材料的玻璃化转变温度有上升趋势,强度得到大幅度的提高。经过PIF加工后聚乳酸的冲击断面呈现有序的断裂形貌,因此提出了有序层状结构的增韧机理。The mechanical performance of polylactic acid was effectively improved by pressure-induced flow molding (PIF). The effects of content of nucleating agent and PIF processing method on the mechanical properties of PLA materials were studied systematically. Moreover, the dynamic mechanical properties, thermodynamic properties and crystal structure of PLA were characterized. It is found that the glass transition temperature of the material had an upward trend and its strength had been greatly improved after PIF processing. The toughening mechanism of the ordered lamellar structure was proposed based on the orderly fracture morphology of PLA impact section after PIF processing.
